DO NOT CREATE YOUR FIRST MATCH UNLESS THERE IS AN EXPERIENCED ADMIN TO SUPERVISE YOU. BEFORE BANNING SOMEONE CONSULT OTHER ADMINS ON ADMIN CHANNEL UNTIL YOU GET 5 GATHERS MANAGED.
Once you grasped the commands well, find a free server on THIS PAGE or using the !ip command on the main channel (not recommended). Start a match using the apropriate command. Once you see the bot chaning the topic on the channel, type !map map (ie: !map de_dust2).
Wait for enough players to join the gather. Connect to the server and once everyone connects, type .ready followed by .ff on. If someone does not show, or leaves during the match, replace him with the .replace username command.
On the half time, once everyone changes teams, type .ready again. When the match is over, type .stop.
